Introduction to the lesson
So far we have mostly looked at enzymes in terms of their function within the body. In this lesson we will look at them in a more commercial context. We will see what it means to immobilize enzymes and examine the advantages of doing so.
Immobilizing enzymes
Read the section under the heading “Immobilising enzymes” in your text book (p.64-65).

- List some advantages of immobilizing enzymes.
